Rather rustic feel to the overall place. Food is nice, service was above average, maybe the wait staff was "overworked" from a busy lunch. They didn't clear a single used dish from the table before serving the dessert. Or maybe that is just their way of running things around here. Chanced upon this place as I was searching for seafood. Drive past on our way back from Thale Noi. The kang kong was good, and they catered to the kids who doesn't take too well to spicy food, not even chilli padi stirred into it. Then the surprise was the prawns with butter and milk. So there is a layer of eggy-like stuff that accompanied the prawns. Texture is akin to chawanmusi (Japanese steamed egg). Only "gripe" is that they charge corkage for the wine I brought - 100฿. Not too much I suppose, but when you compare to places that dun charge.. Ohh.. And they even have a guy at the entrance to marshall you to park your vehicle. So you know how big the scale of operations are.. Menus have English translation too. Overall, not too bad an experience.

I was pleasantly surprised that every dish we ordered turned out to be excellent! Authentic Thai flavors, served in a lovely ambiance overlooking Songkhla Lake. The serene surroundings and gentle breeze made the experience even more enjoyable. The dessert was a highlight, the sago pearls in hot coconut milk were absolutely delicious. We all loved it so much! I even bought a pack of real sago pearls to bring home happily! A wonderful spot for both good food and a relaxing atmosphere.

You can’t go wrong with any Thai food. Good food and nice waterfront. Thai people are gentle and polite. With the numbers of customers in the restaurant, it’s surprisingly quite and calming without loud noise where you usually expect in restaurant

First time here. You know if you come here, you’ve got to order seafood. Although we’re not quite used to their preparation and seasoning style, the food was fresh and overall quite alright. (it is like they are blending Eastern/Isan Thai style with Southern's?). Hence the okay rating, personal preference. The restaurant sits right on the bank of the inland sea, with a small patch of mangrove trees and a walkway stretching out toward what seems to be a fish—or maybe seashell—farm. The faint mud smell hit us as soon as we arrived, but we got used to it quickly.
